choose a theme, pick an activity associated to the theme, make sure its accessible and promote it. e.g. this month's 'theme' is getting to know your colleagues- the activity is 'coffee roulette'. the only limits here are your imagination (and maybe budget). create your own template as that way it's truly organic to your team and how they work have fun and feedback how you got on - sharing is caring.
