I am Merril. I am new to the CIPD Community but have always been interested in HR and particularly in L&D and the huge positive impact it can have in organizations.

Currently, I am looking for some information on L&D initiatives around EDI, particularly around working in a multi-cultural environment. I am hoping that I would be able to get some thoughts/insights from this forum.
