Employment Resource Groups - General - Diversity and inclusion

Hi there,

I am currently working as part of a charity, and we would like to look at setting up Employment Resource Groups. I have been following the CIPD guide on setting up these ERG groups, however just wondering if anyone can provide any information/point me in the right direction on setting up terms of references for these safe spaces.

Hi! I found the CIPD guide very informative however i have also used as a reference the “government guidance for civil servants to help set them up and run staff networks“

With regards to terms of reference you should include:

Aim
Vision
Objectives
Membership
Confidentiality
Frequency of Meetings
Accountability
Review
