Hi

I wondered if anyone paid an additional payment to those employees who were I&D, wellbeing, employee forum, ESG etc champions in their business and how much you pay? Is it an annual payment after a year of completed goals or monthly ongoing payment?

I have been trying to do some research into and its not easy to find out.

Any help would be apprecaited
