Can anyone recommend any HR training/webinars/advice for supporting an employee through Gender Transition in the workplace?

Hi i found the resources and learning provided by GIRES ( https://www.gires.org.uk/ ) - Gender Identity Research and Education Society very good when i had a member of my team at a previous organisation, transitioning. But I would second David's comment - the most important thing is to ask the individual about the support they would like as that will vary person by person.
