Hi All, 

Anyone any experience working in further education? My Headteacher has asked me to look at potential pay for a member of staff to provide some vocational lessons for students, they have previously worked in the local college and are qualified to teach post 14 - further education.

Just researching and further education seems to have it's own set of teacher pay scales, if anyone has any pay policies they wouldn't mind sharing or links with anyone in FE that could help, please let me know.
