Given this is a frequnet topic of discussion here (and in your own workplaces, no doubt) I thought I'd share our latest research - published yesterday.

This update on flexible and hybrid working practices reveals the number of employers reporting that homeworking has increased productivity or efficiency jumped significantly over the last year.

At the same time, the number of employers reporting the increase in home and hybrid working has had a negative impact on their organisation’s productivity has fallen.

As we know, it is not always an easy ride, and the case studies explore both employer and employee perspectives on flexible and hybrid working and the impact it’s having on key workplace issues, from job satisfaction and productivity to wellbeing and retention. These are themes we discuss in our remote and hybrid working group in this Community, too.
