Pro rata calculation for compressed hours working

My brain is a little frazzled this morning so could do with some advise. I understand that I have to pro rata annual leave entitlement for compressed hours working staff, do I have to do the same for bank holiday entitlement?

  • We calculate all leave entitlement in hours for compressed hours staff. They book off the hours for the bank holidays that fall in their normal working week. Our compressed hours staff are full timers just working their 35 hours over a shorter week and hours can vary day to day - e.g. 3 days at 10 hours and 1 day at 5 hours (there are hundreds of variations!)
