Compressed hours 5 days in 4 - General - Flexible and hybrid working

I have a few employees compressed hours 37.5 in 4 days. The non working day is Mondays. When it’s bank holidays. Am I right in thinking it doesn’t effect them?

I know they are not part-timers but apply the same principles and it will get you to an answer
