Benefits of Mentoring in a Contact Centre

Hello all,

I am currently in the process of redesigning an contact centre induction program and want to bring in mentoring academy for post induction support of our new hires. 

Before I can do so, I need to show the benefits of 'Academy' program. It would be an additional resource that I would need to justify. I was wondering if any of you may have any links to studies, articles, talks etc. highlighting these benefits.
