Dear colleagues, I'm new to Irish employment law and can't find anything online. Can someone advise on how parental leave works in practice for a part time employee who if full time would be entitled to 26 weeks. So someone works 50% of full time equivalent hours and wants a full block of leave. Or someone at 50% who wants two blocks. Grateful for any examples. Thank you
