I’m wondering if there’s anyone here who can advise on the legalities around getting Access NI checks for freelance workers.
I need guidance on this please and would appreciate any help I can get.

What type of checks? We are a Hospice so all our staff have to be Access NI checked, some just require basic then others need enhanced and to be checked against barred list.
Anyone can obtain a basic check and it costs £18
For an enhanced check your company will have to have an account with Access NI and signatories. The cost is £33 and Company pay for this
