    Hi

Do you mean work in HR, or work in international development?

  • Hi
Sorry your post does not seem to have received a response. I am just seeing this myself. I hope other senior colleagues can share their insights.
Your Masters title is slightly confusing (to me at least), simply because there is an entirely different discipline called International Development that is not really related to HR. This has more to do with socio-economic development but across national borders and covers the sort of work done by specialists in international agencies e.g. UNICEF, UN, USAID, ILO, World Vision etc.
To work in that field, your best bet is to look at those organisations for roles/opportunities that allow you to leverage your current and transferrable skills.
If on the other hand, your degree is International HR Development, that is HR related and depending on the experience you already have, you should consider looking at multinational organisations when looking for roles.
Unfortunately without any additional context it is hard to advise any further.
    I hope this helps.
