Policies for Canada and New Zealand

Hi All,
I wondered if anyone might have any policies for the Canadian and New Zealand side of their business that they might be willing to share? Or templates they might have found - particularly any maternity and paternity policies.
I'm standalone based in the UK and been tasked with writing policies for all regions in which we operate but am finding Canada and New Zealand quite tricky as I'm just finding old fashioned style company handbooks when searching online which aren't really a great template.
