Germany Reasonable adjustments advice

Hi everyone  

We ar ein the process of setting up an occupational health policy and provider.

We have an employee who is suffering with back problems and provided a doctors note saying they have back problems and  is now asking us to provide a standing desk.  Do you know if this is something we have to do?  Its not clear if this is classed as a disability or not. 

Any clarity would be appreciated.
