  • Hi everyone

We are receiving a terrific response to the survey - thank you to all of you who have completed it. The platform tells us that the average time for completion is 5 minutes - so hopefully not too much of an ask.

It is important in the review of the Code to hear from all stakeholders including non-members such as employers, employees, clients or practitioners who are not in membership. Please help us get their important feedback by passing the link to those who have an interest in the profession.

The role of the Code is to protect the public interest and so the ambition is to develop the Code to reflect the changes in the profession and the world of work over the last 10 years but also to achieve an inspirational Code and give confidence in the profession.

Thank you to all for your help. If you would like to pick up on any aspect, we are keen to hear from you, please email: codeofconductreview@cipd.co.uk
