For the past few months, the CIPD has been actively supporting the Royal Foundation’s Heads Together campaign which brings together The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry, in partnership with eight inspiring charities that are tackling stigma, raising awareness, and providing vital help for people with mental health challenges.
The Royal Foundation is funding Mind to deliver a new, exciting workplace wellbeing programme, and the CIPD is pleased to now be a formal partner of the programme. This includes developing a brand new digital platform for employers to access quality mental health resources.
The Heads Together team would love to gain your input on the new digital platform and is holding a series of workshops across the country in January. These workshops are a unique opportunity for you to offer your expertise and experience to shape this programme.
If you work or volunteer in any of the following types of roles, Heads Together would be very keen to involve you in this process:
- Owner or manager of a small business
- Leader or manager of a voluntary organisation
- Line manager
- Head of HR or other HR professional
- Manager of front line public services
- Employee or volunteer who thinks your organisation needs to be doing more about mental health
The workshops will be held:
- London 10th Jan 5pm-8pm
- Cardiff 16th Jan 5pm-8pm
- Edinburgh 16th Jan 6pm-9pm
- Leeds 18th Jan 5.30pm-8.30pm
- Belfast 18th Jan 2pm-5pm
The Heads Together team really value your time, and as such, all reasonable travel expenses will be covered, and hot food and refreshments will be provided.
