Hi Michelle - No, I'm still getting access denied when I try and go in the member only forums.   

Hi Michelle - I still don't have the access.  Please can you help.  My computer was switched off last night so I've definitely logged out and back in again since you made those changes.  Thank you

me too! Also appears to have changed my profile name from just "helen" to the main part of my email address which I'm not happy about. Looks like I need to reset all my profile and biography too as that's all been wiped.
