I work for a small/medium charity with 58 employees. We are going through a period of rapid growth and looking to refine and consolidate our processes.
I am looking for advice on a low-cost competitive ATS that can reduce the manual tasks we are currently doing during the recruitment / selection process.
I’ve been looking at Team Tailor. Are there alternatives that people can recommend?

Highly recommend Charlie HR, we use their HR system and I'm about to roll out their new Recruitment function too. It does everything I need it to and reduces our time spent on recruitment processes drastically. I think you could probably use their recruitment function without using the HR system but you'd need to see what they say - their pricing is all online but for a Company your size it would cost £100 per month, happy to connect offline but I couldn't recommend them more. We are approx 70 employees and looking to double in the next couple of years and it's perfect for us.
