Hi

I'll shortly be quitting a part time job and in order to continue to earn a modest crust to supplement pension was looking at becoming an independent end point assessor for HR apprenticeships. Occupatioal quals and competence are no problem but unsure what assessor qual(s)  I'd need: eg is D32/33 or A1 or equivalent (which I don't have)  mandatory as well as an end point assessor award?

Anyone out there who already does this that might kindly provide some guidance, please?
