I started a Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship a couple of months ago. One of the EPA elements is a professional discussion around a portfolio of 8 criteria. To create the portfolio we have been advised to select 3/4 projects write context statements on each criteria a project you did.
I just wondered if anyone had any advice on the types of projects they had done to meet these? I am completely new to HR and my company so I have no idea what types of projects I could use to write about.
