Hi All

I recently self-funded the level 5 qualification, which I enjoyed and didn't find too difficult. I am a senior leader for a charity, focusing on people management and HR.  I've got the opportunity to join one of the final cohorts of funded level 7 apprenticeship programmes with BPP. But I'm a little apprehensive as it means almost 3 years of study. Has anyone done level 7 as an apprenticeship and can provide any insight? I'm also struggling a bit to understand exactly how it is delivered and what the assessments are (I know there is an EPA)!
