Can anyone recommend any Org Design training and also Strategic Planning training ?
Ideally to cover academic/theory and hands on practical skills and tools?
Happy to learn independently/virtually but would be good to have a cohort or support to discuss concepts.
I see CIPD do a level 7 award in OD through ICS - has anyone undertaken this?
I will be self funding so value for money important !
