Hr business partner

I have the opportunity to apply for a HRBP role within the organisation and have been asked to prepare a presentation of how I would implement this role within an area of the uk. Does anyone have any good advice for me?

Hi Louise,
The key to HR Business Partnering, is understanding the challenges of those your partner so that you can best design how to offer the most appropriate support.
Learning the business, learning the roles and challenges of the partner, understanding the issues, aligning this to the future challenges or aims of the business whilst living the values is usually a good place to start.
