Morning all!
I work for an SME and I’m looking for mentorship. We don’t have an in-house HR business partner or HR director so I’m not really sure how to go about this, all I know is that I would like the opportunity to have a mentor or someone I could meet every now and then to listen to their experience and advice. The other area I have a really passion for but no opportunity to dive into or explore is workplace wellbeing and work life balance.
Any advice or contacts would be very welcome!
