Mental health and wellbeing

Hi all

I'm working in HR and really want to move into a wellbeing centred role. I recently undertook a mental health first aider course and want to develop further with this. It would be great to hear general advice on how to go about this or recommendations of courses, and events.

    (It's absolutely great and most commendable to have an interest in this and to strive to work with it all, but many would regard promoting mental health in the workplace as not one of the principal aspects of professional HR Management, so you may need to be careful to keep your hand in too as regards these.)
