I was wondering if anyone can suggest anywhere that I may be able to find a mentor (or indeed volunteer to be one!)

I am an HR Advisor in a stand alone role.  We are signed up to EEF, so if I have any concerns re legal requirements, then I can contact them for support.

However, I am starting to struggle a little with some internal ER issues, and it would be really great if I could have someone to email/call for advice.  I am reluctant to post on this forum due to the sensitive nature of the issues, and I believe that some people within the company may also be CIPD qualified.
