The CIPD is supporting people from all backgrounds to take on leadership roles in the people profession and we've got a great success rate! 44% of mentees have been promoted since taking part





This programme matches established senior leaders with people professionals aiming to be in an HR director position within two to three years. The aim of programme is to drive greater diversity at the top of the profession. The mentors share knowledge and provide support through regular meetings for a period of 9-12 months.
