Hi All,
I hope you are well. I am half way through my Professional Coaching Diploma apprenticeship with Middlesex University and part of the programme is completing min 50 coaching hours. I have an extensive experience of mentoring on career development and performance and I am now ready for coaching.
I am currently enrolled on a coaching apprenticeship at London Southbank University, and I’m already providing colleagues with informal coaching type support so am now formalising my learning in this area. As a student coach I’m looking for people to coach and work with as ‘coachees’. Staying up to date with current coaching practice and theory will enable me to provide innovative ideas and tools to support performance, wellbeing, personal insight and change.
I have an extensive experience in Higher Education sector where I had various administrative, marketing and human resources specialist roles. Learning new skills and gaining knowledge helped me to enhance my performance in the workplace and to keep abreast with the constant changes within the Higher Education sector. My MA in Marketing Management awarded in 2006 enabled me to develop high levels of customer focus and ability to deliver high quality, engaging, fit for purpose communications campaigns targeted to a wide range of audiences within Higher Education sector. My MA in Human Resources Management, awarded with merit in 2016, enabled me to enhance my knowledge on people management and policies, managing change, organisation/staff development and performance management. Being an active CIPD Associate Member enabled me to update my knowledge and gain expertise in employee engagement and wellbeing.
If you are interested in finding out more about coaching and potentially being coached by me, please get in touch to express your interest. We can then arrange an initial meeting to establish rapport and ensure that I and the process are a good fit for you.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Yours sincerely,
Daniela Pantica
