Hi,
I currently work as a recruitment coordinator and also perform some HR functions. I recently got my level 5 (CIPD) in human resource management. I have tried to apply for entry level roles such as HR admin but I get the same response all the time, lack of experience. There goes the saying, how do I garner the experience of I’m not given the opportunity to learn on the job.
I would really appreciate any advise given .
