We thought this new CIPD Trust programme might be of interest to our Community.

It's called Future People Leaders, and is aimed at people professionals who are just starting out in leadership, and face barriers to their progression.

Applications are open now and close on 30th October 2023.

Successful applicants are matched with a senior level mentor and participate in a 6-month free learning programme as part of a group.
