Career Progression from People Operations Advisor

I've been a People Operations Advisor for just over a year and am considering what my next move would be in the career ladder. I manage the employee experience from the offer stage including on/offboarding, as well as benefits, culture, engagement, ER issues, policies, supporting managers and leading on business strategy from an HR perspective.

I've looked into different paths including Senior People Operations Advisor, HR Manager (although I wouldn't be managing anyone), and Senior/HR Generalist. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
