Not sure any of those firms would train non customers but I would have a look at YouTube etc as there is probably some information out there.

Is the lack of knowledge/experience of systems such as Workday blocking your career progression?

May, I had a very quick look on YouTube for Workday and there seems to be a lot of videos. Perhaps some of them would give you a useful insight?
