Hi there all,
I previously did a Dilpoma course CIPD Human Resources Level 3 and Level 5. I finished my course in 2020. My role at that time did not have a HR function and in Summer 2021 I changed roles to Recruitment/HR Administrator which is 60+ percent Recruitment. Today my manager emailed me to say - Do I feel you could do with running through some training aspects of the HR side of things, i.e new starter onboarding, sickness/holidays. Seem to be a few things falling through the cracks.
So I am wondering if anyone could point in the right direction on some courses to refresh and build my skill and knowledge base?
Any guidance and advice would be greatly appreciated.
