I'm wondering if you may be able to help... I have an interview coming up for a Corporate Recruitment Manager role (internal move), and need to deliver a presentation that answers the following question: What are the challenges facing Corporate Recruitment in 2017, and what are the possible solutions to them?
I'm comfortable talking about generalist issues such as skills shortages, candidate attraction & retention strategies, however these aren't necessarily unique to the Corporate sector (or to 2017 for that matter), so would like to include some discussion around issues that relate specifically to Corporate recruitment, and are maybe new issues in 2017.
Would love to hear your thoughts...
