My name is Rominus Djaha, MSc HRM, MSc Data Science and I am a student at the University of Sheffield.
Please could you help with this fantastic research project.
As part of my Masters dissertation, I am collecting and analysing information on the factors influencing engagement at work for employees of SMEs in the UK(organisations with fewer than 250 employees).
The very essence of this project is to use free and open source data science / HR analytics tools and techniques to visualise, report and predict levels of employee engagement at individual and team level.
