OK Susan, we'll dress it up a bit, perhaps a few more 'action' verbs and a little more about your achievements, make it look nice with a unique font and I'll make it stand out a bit from the crowd- you know the sort of thing, fancy cover, in a folder, perhaps an eye catching family crest....Oh don't worry about that. For a small fee we'll make you a crest..........etc., "
