I recently started working in SME. We don't have a careers page on our company website. There is a link to the career's page, but there is no content or vacancies posted on the page. It is blank. I am starting to put together content for the page. Any pointers to make it interesting and attractive? Thanks in advance.

How about some photos of the workplace or of work social events where people are looking happy? You could also include some information about staff benefits. Do you have a Glassdoor page? We include some Glassdoor reviews.
This could be an opportunity to build your relationship with the Marketing Department, if you have one. Gather some images and information you think would be good to include and see if they have any suggestions on how to get your message across.
