I've been a primary school teacher for the past 12 years both in the UK and in the UAE.  I'm looking to move out of working in schools and I'm interested in working as a trainer in a more corporate setting.  Prior to becoming a teacher I work in Media and recruited and trained staff for a two year project.  Also, since becoming a teacher I spend 6 months in Malawi training Early Years practitioners in nursery education.  I enjoyed both experiences of working and training adults and would like to move into this full time.  I would like some advice on what qualifications I would need to convert my teaching skills into adult training.  Can I train and work on the job?
