Moving into HR - guidance required

Hello,

I would like to move into HR, does anyone have any advice? What qualifications are required. 

My background in a corporation tax specialist, having completed the HMRC graduate programme. I studied for a degree in tax as part of the programme, having previously read Geography at Southampton University.

any advice/guidance would be greatly appreciated

    The key thing for you will be getting some hands on experience - I would focus on that before worrying about getting another qualification.
