HR Franchise

Hello!

I am currently looking at starting up my own HR company.  This is quite a scary prospect however, so I am contemplating buying a HR franchise. 

Does anyone have any experiences of franchises?  Would you mind sharing your learnings?

    I can't help with HR franchises but I operate under license (which afaik is pretty much the same thing) for antenatal class provision so have some insight which probably is transferable?
