Sorry, financial sector...

Last time I recruited an HR Director ( consumer goods ...not financial sector) was a few years ago and I used Heidrich and Struggles as the search was confidential at the time. This was effective but very expensive. If I was recruiting now I would use CIPD jobs, Linked In, Network in my local CIPD branch, post on job boards/ social media or if I did not have in house resources to recruit and I needed some external help for a financial sector HR role, I might talk to Michael Page (HR division) or another agency that knows/ understands HR in the financial services sector.
