Looking for a freelancer - HR Consultant who has good knowledge of employee relations matters generally, but particularly TUPE and could help established HR Policies incl 'handbook' for a West London-based, small entrepreneurial start-up operation which has received some transferred employees under a TUPE arrangement from the public sector. This side of their activities has not received much attention to-date.
