My organisation has opportunities to assess and coach students who are currently undertaking their level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification.  Specifically, it will be to support students with their workplace project, providing guidance and support.  For each level, students attend college one evening a week to gain the relevant level CIPD qualification and then also have elements of knowledge, skills and behaviours that they are required to evidence over the duration of their training.

Approximately one year into their training they will complete the mandated sessions and move into the final 12 weeks of their apprenticeship and into the assessment stage. This is where we need the support from HR professionals to come in and support as a Professional Coach. The apprentice has to complete a Consultative Project and implement a HR initiative into their place of work completing a 3000 word (level 3) or 5000 words (level 5)  project implementation assignment. The Professional coach will visit the person over the 12 weeks and support them with the planning implementation and evaluation of the initiative and their project submission.

You would need to commitment to approximately four visits over a 12 week period.  Students are based in the Warwickshire/Leicestershire area.
