Hi All, 

I was hoping to ask for some advice. I have currently just completed my L7 CIPD, have 15 years of HR experience and also currently studying the PETTLS teaching qualification to become a trainer. I am about to undergo a salary review and was looking for ideas on the sort of benchmark to be going for, based on the above, my current role is HR Manager within the holiday industry in the South Coast. 

Appreciate any feedback, although appreciate salary specific information is quite difficult to come by,
