HR Manager role level 3

Good afternoon all,

I had an email From a recruiting site with a role of "HR Manager" now I would usually ignore this as I wouldn't consider myself qualified but looking at the job spec they are asking for level 3 qualification. What are your thoughts? I would expect level 5 at least for a management role....

I would look past the job title and look at what they are expecting.

Some organisations inflate job titles for a whole host of reasons (sometimes instead of pay!)

Thanks, the role itself does not seem like a management role but the salary and job title suggest otherwise. Quite confusing.
