Perhaps it is not the right category but as I am not a member of CIPD, I belive this is the best place to post my enquiry.

My questions is: I work in the team of four plus manager. Can I ask my manger or HR to confirm if any of other team members have revived a pay rise in the recent months? I don want to know how big the pay rise what etc. I just wan to establish if the pay rise happened and if I am allowed to know it.
