1 Do you know a Change Management Training Consultant you would recommend?

Afternoon,

I'm just after recommendations please!

We have a management conference planned for early June, bringing together a group of senior managers from across our European region and we are keen to use this opportunity to offer a training workshop.

Our organisation is undergoing a significant change and these managers will be crucial in leading and driving that change.

Sadly the consultants I have used in the past for this type of training are currently unavailable. Have you used anyone recently you would recommend?

Recommendations would be much appreciated!

Hi Georgina

Melanie Franklin is the co-chair of the UK Change Management Institute and has written books and articles on change. I often join her webinars and as a presenter she's quite engaging and knows her stuff. Ofcourse, it would depend on what you are looking for, but for the subject matter, she would be my recommendation.
