Hello, we are a medium sized hospitality business looking to apply for a sponsorship licence in order to expand our options for future recruitment from overseas. I have read through the bulk of the Government website and feel it would be best to get a legal representative experienced in dealing with the requirements and procedures around sponsorship.
Can anyone recommend such a provider they have used?
I have recommended this company before and I have no commercial or personal connection with them except that we subscribe to their service and I can highly recommend them based on the advice and service they provide. However, I would caution that, depending on the roles you seek to recruit, you may not be able to do so through a sponsored route unless you can find a suitable Occupation Code (I believe there are some for Chefs) AND meet the minimum salary requirement.
