I have an interview coming up for an Team Leader Post within a Shared Services. the topic for presentation is about "What are the challenges that a Team Leader in HR Shared Services will face on a daily, monthly and annual basis?. Outline what the issues will be for the team leader and the team and how the team leader will be overcoming those issues together"

I have a general outline ideas about this, but would appreciate any ideas from those who have been in this position or similar and what you would be adding or be expecting to know from the ppt, also any interview questions that I will need to be prepared about would be helpful.
